That’s why you are getting your pay upped to market target, Enjoy the shorter days and lighter work load and still get paid a fair wage. In next couple weeks its going to get laughable 😆

it includes regular pay, and overtime but not pto or leave of abscence. so your base + commissions + overtime = retention bonus.
