Does anyone know? On the bonus are we getting 40 percent of gross or net pay???

To the guy who said you need to think about your question. Let me tell you something there nothing wrong with asking a question I just wasn’t sure n you can’t always go from what’s on paper
And yes, your upped pay counts towards your retention bonus,
That’s why you are getting your pay upped to market target, Enjoy the shorter days and lighter work load and still get paid a fair wage. In next couple weeks its going to get laughable 😆
Were not getting any overtime at all. Cuts. Discos. no promotions any where...my bucket gonna be like a office water cup
it’s on the paperwork handed out during the separation meeting-gross
it includes regular pay, and overtime but not pto or leave of abscence. so your base + commissions + overtime = retention bonus.
You guys need to think about your questions and read the information given to you. Your paperwork clearly says "BASE PAY".
