completely dysfunctional

this company is totally dysfunctional

every business unit and every department from sales, HR, marketing, PLM and CEO staff

CEO/CFO need to go and real leaders need to be brought in to make JNPR great again

all R&D dollars are being spent on me too and catch up along with desperately saving talent that is walking out the door

I've been seeing the company pay between $30,000 to $50,000 to retain people talent

so if you want a little payday and you are a high performer, just say you are leaving and you will get a nice little check

sales is being run by a bunch people with interim roles or people that have no clue what they are doing

by the way event monitor looking at all these posts agrees with most of the stuff posted on this site

Juniper will not give ransom money if you threaten to leave unless you're some ultra superstar. Such a person will leave anyways as the comp elsewhere easily is 2-3x.

Btw, on another board some are commenting that new hire SEs (SE2) are getting paid HIGHER than longer tenured SE3's with 2-3 years more experience. Tell me how well this will go over before the older guy gets motivated to leave in addition to other insults like 0-60% target bonus, 0/little RSUs that go nowhere and 0 pay raise % to keep up with inflation. Woohoo!

So just by looking for more pay you tell your boss you are leaving and if your boss agrees to a pay raise, you also become a flight risk and will eventually be let go and maybe replaced with someone junior willing to earn less.
