By signing this hunk of sh– you give up your rights to sue the company when they screw up or f-you in some way. It is in your best legal interest to opt-out.

Someone sued even though they signed the severance agreement. The former employee claimed he signed under duress (sole provider for family, bills, etc.). It was settled out of court.
If you want your severance, you'll sign it and most of us do want to get paid for working with a company for years.
it’s the latest legal fad. all companies are doing it to avoid class action lawsuit costs. I would not sign it
Really doesnt matter. If they want you out, theyll get you out. This just signals that they are starting to get serious in firing people. Old people or burned people out. On the positive side, those departments that people rant about here can start with a nice clean up. I guess Qwomen is amasing to much power...
No, I wouldn't believe that. So bend over and take it.
If you opt-out , will they retaliate? They CLAIM they won't. Do you believe?
What a serious load of p–p. I love how they try to tell us it's in our best interest. Paalleeze!
Thank you for clarifying. The title is somewhat ambiguous because it is an automatic enrolling into the agreement. You must print off the document and email it to them.
To be clear, you will automatically agree to the agreement if you dont manually opt out. So its in your best interest to login and opt out before the deadline.
