We have an all hands scheduled for Thursday, then why was this special meeting held today. Was there something in this meeting which will NOT be shared tomorrow.

Do we know accelerated RSU vesting is only for director and above, who are let go or also for the ones who get the offer too.
Also, the 75% bonus is for everyone, not just directors and above. This bonus is for everyone who makes the transition. It wasn't clear to me if that's been signed off by the board yet.
People who are RIF'd were always going to get the 75% bonus.
It's not a rumour. Amy and Art announced accelerated vesting of RSUs for directors and above, but it only applies if you are RIFed by Symantec.
Accelerated Vesting is just a rumor and there was no such announcement. Confirmed from multiple people who attended the meeting.

Thats right all directors and above will get the golden parachute treatment when us little folk get the boot.
I guess there were certain things in yesterdays meeting that were not for all employees. Accelerated Vesting & 75% Bonus for current year were talked in yesterdays meeting but not today.
This was a pecking order meeting. Its sole purpose was determine who will stay and go.
