Broadcom has decided not to keep CSS business so it plans to sell the CSS division after the merger. Offer letters will be provided to all the CSS employees but the future is not clear as when the sell off will happen, may be in a month or a year. You will hear about this in today’s all hands.

CSS is MSS (Managed Security Service’s) and has struggled for years churning new customers for losing existing customers.
Is CSS the same as WSS or is it a differnt product (service) ?
