When Broadcom offers employee stock is it generally zero dollar RSU’s or common stock with a set price?

When the stock is vested, almost half is automatically sold to pay the taxes and the following month you get a small refund of the stock sold vs taxes paid. This is the way that it works in Europe. The stock also vests before dividends are paid which is nice.
Also dont forget the end of year bonus is extremely generous, much better than we had at CA.
At the moment my workload is much higher but there is no push yet for stats regarding ticket closures.
Zero dollar. It is granted at the price it is the day it vests. This can be a good or bad thing.
