yes I can see OR getting things done. Product release is poor, service is poor, not paying attention to customer is great. He basically says, his way or high way. Not going to see his customer is up... Keep it up OR, you will find sinking north star...

Before Teradata, OR helped Sears be successful. There is a difference between a smooth talker and a person who can get things done.
Who is the replacement? Seems to me the scorecard is that all TD leaders involved in the transition strategy that began 2-3 years ago are all gone, including most of the high priced outside hires (TB consulting leaders, Cisco hires, Area VPs). Now all they have is technology with no new buyers, parties in RB, forced social media pressure on employees, and OR still pitching Sentient Enterprise and Pervasive Intelligence, who BTW no one but OR can actually explain. Sorry but customers don't buy abstract concepts, they buy solutions where a partner relationship matters. I suppose the leadership exits will set them up nicely for the upcoming Teradata Partners event in October and questions customers will be asking about where the leadership has gone....... What a mess.
