Tier 1 GE BU? OK....
@10RqS3fZ-8euz C3 is dead. JV with BH caused a reverse acquisition, what was once a promising startup is now run by ex GE BH Digital clowns in a Uptake 2.0 or GE Digital 3.0 fail fest.
Spinco will not be spinning, but a Tier 1 GE BU. Logical delay until end of the year because that is when the BH APM Digital re-acquisition closes officially. Then full NewCo structure will be set. Not sure the GE BUs are really real internal customers or users. With a real P&L no more double counting and splitting margin; all the GE BU actual customers are going to pay GE Digital directly as it should be for the software.

Confusing from the outside. Are the best digital opportunities really Alston grid software ?
Good move. Its just too deep of a hole to dig out of and will take a few years to get traction commercially
not sure, but im not trying to stay long enough to find out
