I'm a technician in the field and was told the home warranties I have been selling have been cancelled because of reasons unbeknownst to me. I asked my customer if she cancelled her warranty and she said no however sears never paid me for it. Has any else looked into this?

Home warranties are not for customer's or technician's benefits. The purpose of sale is to extend life of your manager and his boss for one more day. Buddy. Forget about money. It's not worth it. You sell warranty just to get your manager of your shoulder. That's all.
