Cut the fat where it's deep and very, very expensive...at the top. we do not need 75 vice presidents and 34 senior vice presidents and the d–k dribble that excretes from them.
Remember when we got along based on goods and services from a well done job that was prepped and performed by seasoned field hands without all the rhetoric and b.s from HR.
Just read your emails from the corporate giant we work for nowadays and see how much of this nonsense really makes us competitive today and further more remember these emails and staff are expensive...we pay the salaries and they never ever have or will be in the field.
