Your idea, while well intentioned given the imploding status of CDK that shows no sign of changing, is a little like the fox saying to the other foxes loudly outside the farmers window, "Come on - everyone with me to raid the hen-house come over and stand here with me under the farmers window!" Not a good starting strategy, though I do agree they are getting ripe for the plucking.
Is the board really just a group of 3 stooges? What in the world are they thinking? Why destroy a money machine that keeps people alive and provides a service - are they truly that short sighted?

Like starting a company to make the sun go down. Why? A) 3B debt; B) No defense to multiple lawsuits; C) Outsourcing everything - no accountability; D)Third world product support with HORRIBLE English "skills"; D)Once the stock hits the $30s - Hostile takeover E) Accounting practices will catch up with them; F)Exodus of existing talent - it's past noon now... sun will set soon.
