Surprised no one has posted anything about the lawsuit yet. What's really going on with this lawsuit?
Heard some "completely unsubstantiated" rumour that this business came from recommendations from our "friends" at McK (do they get a cut if anything comes out of it?) Also, people are wondering if this is some manoeuver by the "board" to get a quick boost in company value or as some sort of dowry to bring Sammy back to the altar.
It seems a pretty bold move to sue not only your competitor but to throw in some your biggest customers is a big gamble that will likely burn a few bridges if this suit fails to go anywhere.
