PS shrinking everywhere. PS has been a very poorly led and managed business for years. Most services organisations improve time to deliver and quality of delivery by harnessing IP and therefore accelerating completion and quality of deliverables. For TD this became a proclamation about 3 years ago...
And continuing to compete with offshore integrators and lose to them, and watch year after year as the SI’s botch implementation and erode customer ROI??? I guess it does not matter that much given very few new customers these days...

Hopefully another 25% across regions. Sitting ducks waiting for a good package.
If bill ability is bad .... and there are not projects on new customer is normal
