Closing slipped yet again. Date is now tbd. Sounds like the regulators are dragging their feet.
Boy, do I feel like an id–t! The reason I am on this website is that I felt others might know an actual LD1 date, as we are told nothing except for the mass e-mail and town hall / conference calls. Managers saying “we don’t know anything more than what we are telling you” I knew to be bs. The most we’ve been told is “end of 3rd qtr to 4th qtr”. Maybe my managers actually don’t know, which would be sad enough on its own. Don’t know why there is such secrecy. So much for this transparency of which they speak.

Interesting I assumed it was being pushed back but curious as to why they havent made mention of it as a company announcent the same way they announced potential ld1 date
That date has been pushed back with no other date known yet.
I heard if not 10/04 would only be delayed a couple week at most.
Did we get the final approval for this? It was stated that DOJ FDIC and Fed Reserve had until Thurs (9/19) of last week to approve in order for 10/4 to be final.... Have not heard one way or another if it's a go or no go yet. Has anyone else heard?
