Morale within the sales organization is the worst I’ve seen in the 11 years I’ve worked for ADP/CDK. Hard to believe but even worse now than under MacD. Quotas raised again, commissions cut again, bonuses paid quarterly now versus monthly and tied to matrix out of our control, clearly the ELT is trying to drive out the top paid, top performers. Well, you’ve succeeded. We are looking and we’re leaving.

Both of those events have continued happen while the majority of the engineering staff isn't even allowed to go to off-site training, or conduct yearly team meetings with co-workers from other offices.
As a technical person I'm tempted to fall back on stereotypes about sleazy salesmen and fire back, but at the end of the day, you're just trying to make a living like the rest of us, just with a different set of skills. I'm sorry people in sales are the latest victims of CDK's nasty practices.
disappointing to see you badmouthing the very group of people that go out there everyday and sell the junk you can’t create, install or support correctly. Sales wasn’t on here badmouthing product, Implementation and support the last three years when they were getting laid off. Not surprising though. If you had any skill, personality or drive you would be selling something not supporting (poorly) it.
