All lines of communication have been shut down. Management can't tell us what's going on. Our pay and hours have been cut. I say it is time to strike. Force their hand. Tell us what is going on. STRIKE!

what are you smokin ?
everyone including the customers have already left the building!
Manager to Randy Fry: "Hey Boss, a bunch of workers are on strike!"
Randy Fry to Manager: "You mean we can stop paying them without having to give them unemployment?"
Frys does operate with one cashier lol. You only need 1 cashier when you have no line.
This is retail, when people don't show up they just shrug it off. This is especially true when they are cutting hours across the board. Entire management teams have already walked out on the store level should you manage to succeed in forming a larger strike the only thing that you would force their hand on is just shuttering the doors.
They're not going to suddenly start talking to people working on the store level, they never have been good with communication even in the heydays.
Lol. Fry's is so dead they could probably operate with one cashier.
We are not organized and no strike will happen.
Now, people wish they had been unionized, but when such things were proposed almost 10 years ago everyone was like 'nah'...
Game over.
