Yeah that guy is a corrupt, deceptive, dishonest and incompetent id–t. It's one thing to be incapable, which he is. It's another thing to be dishonest on top of that. If you aren't from India then you better watch your back because he has a plan to replace you with one of his own.
Also....there are actually 2 OP's VP's in Rig. Really? 2 of them to run an organization that is 10% of it's former self. Back to the protecting the executives at the expense of the shareholders.
It’s hard to understand the truth but yes their will be layoffs in Norway. Your not fully protected but you get more than a US employee. Best part is all the vacations you get.
Besides the Norway layoffs, get ready Etten-Leur your next. The Ops VP in the US is sending all manufacturing to his home country (India). Saving India jobs for Dutch jobs. I guess cheap is better than quality.
