I thought such a question can be easily be answered by running a public survey through our new Xperience software?
Since I have been unemployed and looking for a new job I can say these are skills, and experience no one wants.
Everyone wants Workday, Oracle, MS SQL, salesforce, r, python, Tableau, etc...
