At the San Marcos location the battery section is almost completely empty(only alkaline available), and a few other areas as well, an employee said they haven't received any battery shipments because of the China trade war.
Odd since the new 10% tariff on lithium batteries and other products start 9/1/19?, and the shelves have been empty for a while.
All other signs point to cost cutting, minimal staff, dimmer lights, etc –>financial/ vendor/supplier issues ?
