For info.. Symantec (Mountain View) layed off 7 employees in July. Sounds a bit low?!

Company need to notify under this law only if they layoff 50 or more employees in CA? There does not seem to be any percentage requirement.

7 people were layed off permanently in Mountain View on the 16th of Aug according to the list. Sounds a bit low?

BTW: CA WARN provides a 60 notice. So, if you're supposed to be off the books in mid December, the you're included in the notice in mid October.
