Several new job roles were marketed internally and encouraged for current Internal staff to apply for within the factory - these include “Engineering Tech/Roc tech/CWW segment leader/MFG OM/ ROC OM/ CWW Night shift engineer/Shift GL”
These are scams for internal employees. Several long term internal employees have applied and a good majority rejected despite the educational background or already performing the marketed job function. These exceptional staff members perform the very task these “new” job titles call for.
These are simply attempts to ensure the pay grade matches the contribution level and to reduce operational costs. Too many overqualified people work in the factory (fab prison), yet cannot contribute more due to functional problems internally within the system, as well as bureaucratic drama with Older Intel Staff. When they pursue greater understanding, so as to develop as an employee, they are denied. When it comes time to move on, they are grossly denied.
Continued poor decision making, as to be expected from the Big Blue Cash Cow.
