My only motivation to write the review is to save people from joining MetricStream. If I'm able to save at least one employee from escaping joining MetricStream then my goal is achieved.
- company is really good, but all the problems are with managers and above level
- management never care about employee concerns
- products releases with bad quality
- No job security
- No family life
- Get health issues
- promotions for not doing a good job
- favoritism, this is the best thing at metricstream, your boss and you are from same religion or region then you don't have to work, you will be a job as long as your boss is working in the company/
- do a good job get terminated
- speak nonsense, take credit of others work and get promotions
- CTO to managers, the common mantra - we will release sh– and employees should sell to the customer
- the company with 100 managers, 100 directors, and 100 VPS, no more role/position names available to promote. Management is trying hard to create new positions
- but you will learn how to fool customers
- more people to complain about the problem and fewer people to fix
- a company goto fix customer issues with 20 managers and above leaders and one developer
- VP who doesn't know java is VP for the whole java development team
- VP who has a 90% failure rate of losing a customer is working still with every year promotion
- HR learn how to recruit fools (in the management)
- you will experience how to work with fools
- if you say sh– is one rupee and cake is 10 rupees metricstream management prefer to buy sh–
- don't ever say there are issues in the product, management don't like a quality product. If you build quality product how can they secure their job
At last, the company who develop the products to sell to top banking and finance customers in the world to manage the risk don't use their own product to manage their company risk. Again they call themselves as marker leaders in GRC - feel shame for what you are doing.
