Has anyone heard about the call centers for collections? I work at a bb&t collections call center in N.C......we are all just sitting around wondering what’s about to happen.

honestly dont expect layoffs.. there may be some consolidation at some point down the road but as they form the 6th largest bank, expect that the call centers will be a must have for some time
Been desperately waiting on info for internal and external call centers. The stress is awful. Hoping we find out something soon!
We all are wondering. Won’t know until it happens. :/
