I hope not true but word is out from very well connected groups. many areas, many locations, Not sure if not having enough resources to handle current obligations going to save anyone. it will be done over a designated period of time … Low level managers slated,..as their direct reports will be moved or cut.

If Paul Black is replaced, Lisa Khorey will take over as CEO. As an employee be careful what you wish for. Realistically it’ll be better for Rick and Lisa to go as opposed to Paul Black.
Patience Mules.... It is coming. My last day is Sept 27th, although I have mentally shutdown work wise many months back. Get out if you can, or enjoy the mess coming. The new bodies hired will not slow it down..
Which wall is a better question. Interesting article on if Allscripts CEO is overpaid. Better question is when is the Board going to axe him instead of the hard workers that support the company. Time to start fresh by dumping a layer or two below him as well. Many VPs, and Directors aren’t worth it either.
