Is this correct? Conduent up for sale?

They said in the Quarter 2 Earnings call a couple of weeks ago that they were considering putting either parts or the whole company up for sale. I listened to the call myself, but if you need more proof of it, this link talks about it also. They made it sound like it was just something they were considering though, not that they were currently actively wooing buyers (but if they announced it publicly, they probably have been talking to other companies already in private).
