Welp if you were expecting even a reasonable increase in pay this merit cycle that so called was to get in-line with the SS&C performance cycle. You will be very disappointed. The merit increases will be penny’s meaning if you were rated a 4 or even a 5 the most you’re going to get is 0.10 cents penny's. Managers and Leads won’t get a merit increase at all and if you do it will be about 0.02 cents. For salary employees you might get a stock
option at the end of the year that is worthless as the stock has dropped 15 points and you can’t sell unless the stock is over 52.00 that’s the fee SS&C has put on the stock if you choose to sell. If the stock ever gets over 52.00 let’s say 58.00 you only can sell your shares at 6.00 a share due to the ridiculous 52.00 fee that will be taken per sold stock. Might as well head to the welfare line.

*$52 was the grant price not a fee. That's how stock options work.
*Stock options are how the rich get rich. You wait for the stock to go up and reap the rewards when it does. It's meant to take longer–sometimes years. That's how stock options work.
