Why the lack of transparency?!?!?
Here in Florida, or our region, notices haven't been given. Yet, Publix and Winn Dixie is supposed to be fully transitioned by the end of September. That's a month from now and Publix/WD makes up like 85% of my route. A huge portion of the routes in this region are Publix's and WD's (to a certain degree). If notices start getting passed out in the next week or so like expected, that leaves all of October with routes running 10 or less stores a week. I'm not venting or complaining, just don't understand things and nobody seems to know what's really going on.

Is long as i get paid my market target, the less stores the better, bout time we get over paid, been under paid for yrs
Well nestle only has one chance to get this right. I think right now they would rather pay us to stay on and have more help than needed. They can’t change there mind once they give notice. I’m sure they will lose more money if stores don’t go to warehouse on schedule and we don’t have anyone doing dsd because we cut them early. They just want to make sure nestle product is still on the shelf.
Sounds very much like venting and complaining.
