How is the bonus for everyone this year?

The bonus criteria for next year is worse than this year's. Requirements are extremely elevated. And if you only achive 90% of the plan your payout is cut in half. I thought BK was trying to build up the company. Sounds as if he has changed his plans.
75% due to International missing targets.
Our HR is a freaking joke. They don’t care about employees. They want you to talk to them, then turn around and use the words YOU took to them against you. HR at CDK used to be great. Now you have some of our HR folks yucking it up and following leadership around like they can do no wrong. They protect harassers and do it with a smile.
They did it again. No transparency. All year they tell you things are going well and they pull the rug out from you when your not looking. We need to be given the exact numbers and how your bonus gets calculated at the begining of the year. Instead you get an email every quarter with a list of criteria and the status of each of these criteria is a circle with the colors green, yellow, or red. All year it was green until the end and then bam! They treat us like children instead of giving you actual data. Who does that? It's our HR. The VP is just a nasty heartless being and has the CEO snookered. Until they replace the VP it will continue to be like this. Can't believe a word they tell you and could care less about what you think. It's really a shame.
It just gets to me because I feel like I busted my hump for CDK for nothing. And no I’m not one of these chicken little types who wants the company to fail and all that even after the layoffs and c-appy bonus last year. I kept my head down and put in serious work and still got a bad review.
I’m glad I’m not the only one who got a sh–ty bonus.
Not sure why they didn’t just lay us off. I know of plenty of others who got 95 percent of their bonus.
I got 30% of my bonus and a promise that things will eventually get better. :(
For me I went from thinking about leaving CDK to definitely leaving CDK
No bonus just a small raise.
