I used to work at the Roseville store (for 8 years) and I watched Fry’s dwindle into its current sad state.
They kept trying new ideas to keep briskness in store but amazon and Newegg kicked our a–.
That and the poor treatment of employees drive all the knowledgeable staff out the door.
They just have a squad of wet kids that frankly don’t give a **** about customer service which has made the problem worse.
The market influence was inevitable but the management decisions were not. Sorry to say it but I’m not sad to see it go.
