I've heard there might be layoffs happening - is that true? Or is it something else and people have misheard and are making a mountain out of a molehill?

I am{a,u}zes me that after forcing non-Homes employees to spin with the new company, those same people got caught up in layoffs ... why? Because management can't plan? Because someone was originally being spiteful against HON for the spinoff and taking as much as legally allowed from the former parent company?
I know The Market likes a good downsizing, but it seems to be repeatedly laying off the people who actually make your products is a bad way to, ya know, continue making products ... to sell.
There's MORE layoffs coming....there has to be with the numbers we are seeing and loss of market share. Wait until you see the Q3 numbers. They are already in the toilet and no where near end of quarter. They can only spin so much.....
