How’s the new VRP going?

Anyone received that vrp letter to finalize your buy out? I know I haven't.
I have to be honest and say that the company is offering a good deal of 3 weeks for every year, buyouts are usually 2 weeks for every year. That just goes to show you how bad they want in house gone & contractors in. Right now company wide it’s about 55% in house & 45% contractors. The company is hoping that at least 30-40% of those who qualify take it which would then mean majority of techs would now be contractors, cause you know damn well there not replacing in house with in house new hires. No benefits & less pay = more contractors with more & more repeats, more & more upset customers, quality of work going down the tubes & overall morale sinking very fast. This company chose their fate when they decided to sacrifice quality of work with quantity of work. What kind of time surveys were done before A1 was launched, NONE! What kind of time surveys were done to now have 42min TC’s, NONE! I almost forgot, what’s up with supervisors cancelling all repeat TC’s & replacing it with an SRO to keep their numbers down???????? Talk about falsifying documents🤔🤔🤔🤔.
Who is over 60 and has over 30 years

VRP is A joke if your not planning to retire it’s a severance that’s it majority of the people that took it are working they did not retire.
