All VPs and Directors are friends in the company. Every success is theirs and every failure is employees. They release products to get their quarterly/annual bonus. No one cares about quality. Solutions goto customers and customers do all testing and come back to Metricstream with the bugs and management s—s employee blood until they fix problems. But no single id–t ask how the f**k product and platform/AppStudio released with bad quality because all are friends each other. That’s why this company is startup even after 20 years back it started.
