I work in clinical services and most of us realize our jobs are in jeopardy. I am not waiting for the $hit storm. It’s not “if” there will be layoffs, it’s “when.” Automation and the Philippines will have our jobs. Who knows what phase of layoffs we will be in...
Depends what level your manager is but typically they are in the dark just as much as you are.
Waiting to hear more also. Lots of talk about streamlining and efficiency. Managers talking out both sides of their mouths, probably sworn to secrecy. Anyone know anything more about this? I work for clinical services and waiting for the sh!tstorm, in light of the recent layoffs... Or what do you think this world mean for employees??
How soon will the layoffs take place in Clinical Services? Which positions will this affect? Will there be a notice given? Will telecommuters be kept?
