I been issued one by HR three years ago. Does that pretty much guarantee myself being issued one of the first layoff notices? I'm hoping if layoffs hit Unemployment Benefits get extended up to a full five years after they first expire.

I'm familiar with a PIP but what is a CAM?
Well, if you are a manager with a CAM you may be the only one. There is a secret society and managers in that society never get CAMs. Obviously you are not with the good ol boys club. You better have your resume up to date.

Yes. 3 year old CAMS recipients are the first ones hit. Sorry, company policy.
