Toxic is the Oxy management style by lack of direct information and leadership presence. They posted info to redefine CoC and conveniently did not send an email. What the heck, are you expected to click on every hyperlink to see if something new pops up?
They don't give a damn if you trust them or not...why should they?...if you haven't realized it yet "You Have No Stroke Anymore"! All you can do is wait for whatever they are going to give you when they are ready to give it. Otherwise quit and go find a new job right now.

A diversity of people does not guarantee a diversity of ideas. You're assuming that groups of people are vastly different, when in reality they aren't. The differences between individuals are greater than the differences between the groups. The psychological literature is quite clear on that, all you have to do is look it up and read about it. Stopping pushing the whole "diversity makes us strong" nonsense; all it makes you is look good to people who care about optics. Often times it's a great way of reducing the performance of your business, organization, or whatever, in order to enforce equity.
No need to be anxious! People are our most valuable asset, and we value everyone, regardless of race, gender, age, or other protected characteristic. Diversity is our strength, and having employees from both companies provides diversity of thought in the new Oxy.
Now get back to work making the executive team rich, you peons! You’re lucky to have a job, so stop worrying and complaining.
For what it’s worth, the HR leader that spoke about the VSP should be fired.
How can you have a meeting with a slide saying that the VSP will be offered the 18th and take it back the following week? I will never trust anything you tell me again, good job Oxy.
