FYI - Boeing can issue warn notices on any date it wants too. IT IS NOT MANDATORY TO GO BY THE SURPLUS SCHEDULE.

What are the rules how Boeing has to issue a layoff notice? Do they have to hand a document to you and have you sign it? Who issues these notices? Your manager, HR or Boeing Security the Rent a Cops?
