Thread regarding CDK Global Inc. layoffs

BK should just stop leading

His tenure at Intel was a complete disaster. Morale in 2016 was at its lowest point in decades. He lied to the BOD about new process technology delays (10nm) that caused Intel to slip behind AMD for the first time in over a decade. He sold every available share months before this news got out. He fired 12,000 people, hired 12,000 people in the same year. Intel took a $2.5B accounting hit for this 'action'. In the same year, BK justified giving himself a raise.

This guy is horrible. CDK should can him immediately. He is toxic, will destroy the culture, and crash the company. What I don't get is after making hundreds of millions at Intel, why does this jerk need to create more misery?

And smart enough to fire the CTO. Change takes time.

Leading??? He isn’t leading! Are you kidding? Have you ever been in a meeting with this guy? He’s absent and clueless. He’s being led around by the id–t Cee eff ohh. He’s totally lost. He refers to himself as “a car guy” because he owns a few cars and has met a few dealers over the years. Spend 5 minutes with this guy and you know he is a step backwards from Bmac.

He is toxic and a disaster. Maybe he's in training to join a private equity firm?
The culture at CDK turned for the worse a couple/three years ago. it's been steadily downhill since then.
The company is in a nose dive. The race to the bottom started a few years ago; it really began shortly after being jettisoned by ADP. Most employees didn't get the memo until a year or so later.
