Art mentioned 4000 people will be offered jobs around Oct 1st. Are these all STAY offers?

Broadcom was about 14 000 employees before CA acquisition. CA was about 11 000 employees . You may see the result. They only care about short term profit. Human being is their last concern. Hope to be Rifted with a nice severance package , this is the best to expect.
That's just my personal opinion but I find this highly unlikely, considering what went down at CA. This situation is different to CA in terms of company acquisition versus asset acquisition, yet I do think Broadcom do not intend to add 4.000 new employees to their current ~15.000 employees. They seem to do business a lot leaner than that.
