The more time passes, the more people want a VSP. Honeymoon period is over and seeing how Oxy conducts work is making more people wish a VSP offer comes fast.
New rumors are VSP in September.

@ixsf - No, this integration isn't a train wreck because of a lack of patience by individuals. It's a train wreck because our integration individuals at Oxy are completely inept, are at least 10 years backwards in their thinking, have absolutely no interest in listening to the way Anadarko did things, do not care a single bit about Anadarko's culture, and yet they magically seem to think some of us (those who survive layoffs) would want to be a part of their company. A complete and utter train wreck. Just let everyone go at this point. This was an asset purchase from their standpoint, pure and simple, and nothing else, so stop treating it as anything different than that. You can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig.
Oxy is completely inept in their roll-out of any communication. They are delaying by a week and have not sent any communication on that. They are terrible.
Why a train wreck, because you aren't patient enough to wait the 30 days as stated in the day 1 meeting, seems to be going relatively smoothly. Chevron would have us all tossed out at this point. The VSP is coming, relax, answers will be coming, relax, just need to be a little more patient...
Who said anything about integration? It's the Oxy way or the Rocky Mountain Highway.
My integration leader told me to grab my ankles and spell run as fast as I can 3 times.
Nothing at all would surprise me at this point, as this Oxy integration is proving to be a complete and utter train wreck.
It would make sense if it takes longer but maybe don’t say the 19th when it’s going to be the 26th next time.
