Arent you guys done with bs, the favoritism, the supervisors throwing their weight around, them telling you my way or the highway, things constantly getting taken away, healthcare costs rising every year, busting your hump and barely getting a raise, empty promises, the list goes on.
Young techs need to be stopped being taken advantage of and senior techs need to see the light that they especially want to see you gone eventually. Man up. The Cablevision mentality should be dead. With this company you will need it on paper. Like other shops that did and they are seeing being better off. Like no metrics after this year, bbt4 and bbt5 bumps with 10% increases, maintaining certain benefits, double time, no more retaliations cause sups can be dragged in for workforce violations, etc.
How can you guys not get it? Because of 2% representation? 2 dollars per every 100 you make? You cant be serious?!
