The coach is not a Co mngr just a glorified asm.
From all appearances our SM just picked his pet and that was it. He replaced the best ASM I. The store who was doing an awesome job and everyone loved him, probably why he didn’t make the cut. If you are liked that’s seems to be a no no. He is being put on the 4pm to 4am shift. What a shame to treat him like that.
It's not a panel interview. For the love of God, read the information. The store manager does the interview, and you tour the store while he asks you questions.

After reading these comments/descriptions, I think we can agree all those cos who got ousted must be FURIOUS seeing how completely they got screwed, lol

It's says plainly in the information that I was provided that the store manager owns the interview process. It will be a touring interview on the sales floor , store manager will ask you questions while touring the store. Store manay will be watching you seeing how you perform on the floor
what is a front end coach? is it salary or hourly?
Panel interview, so market can eliminate who they want to, just like they did to all the pc’s in my market.
