I hear the Oxy data science manager is not going to retain much of AAET. Get those resumes ready!

@8hez - I am the OP and I just came back to say that what I heard back then was true after all. How many AAET employees and contractors are still left since the integration started? LMAO.
AAET is hoppin' on LinkedIn. Everybody looking for jobs. Funny thing is that you got 50 people from AAET looking to fill the few spots that other O&G companies have because OXY, EOG, Devon, Pioneer, COP probably don't even have that many people doing these things combined because they're better at controlling their frivolous spending on shiny objects.
I hear COP is hiring.
Why everyone says AAET has pool tables and what is even dandyballs game? How a team puts executive in trouble? No way trolls.
"I hear..."
lol, you don't know jack.
The integration email says we will be encouraged to apply for jobs in the new organization. You know you want to be on the most premier team so I’ll share my AAET interview experience so you have a chance to be successful and amazing, like me. I worried about answering technical questions because I have no experience with petroleum or data but my interviewers said its unnecessary because the AAET motto is fail fast, fail often, fail hard. Then they let me in on the secret behind the AAET hiring process. Yes, we have pool tables like Silicon Valley 20 years ago, but you don’t know about the two regulation dandyballs courts. My dandyballs enthusiasm along with my undeserved sense of importance sealed the deal and I was hired on the spot. Read up on “dandyballs” and who knows maybe you have what it takes to be part of AAET!
What did they do to the one decent exec to get him in trouble?
I'm sure there are many things that AAET has done to make APC a better company. No one seems to understand them like I do.

Will they lose their pool table and video games after the acquisition?
I hope APC IT security is up to snuff. A lot of PO'd Phd's with access to critical data. Probably a bunch on work visas with nothing to lose.
They all deserve to go after getting the one decent exec in trouble.
Diversity and Inclusion > AAET
Don’t downvote “what is AAET” question? We’ve all been asking that since it started.
A complete waste of money sh-t show is my answer
Ironic if AAET is the only group that gets COC payout
AAET is like the overcompensating virgin frat boy from college who talked a big game to all the sorority girls promising to give them the "O-Face", but as soon as one of them called his bluff, he ran away with his "tail" between his legs. Form without substance. #APCToo
- what is AAET
AAET was created to appeal to Wall St investors by making APC look like a tech company, and so pump up the stock price. Now it is no longer necessary.
AAET got an exclusive Oxy acquisition QA talk from the head of HR - then they screwed over the only transparent exec by blasting the notes all over the company and got him put on leave.
AAET is the most dysfunctional group at APC. The group was only created back in late 2016 to create positions for individuals who refused to move to Midland and APC did not want to lay off. AAET should not have existed to begin with.
Yea AAET gone. They’ve even been telling vendors they’re not retaining the quacks at Anadarko AAET.
What does AAET do besides sponsor their way into speaking at conferences and produce videos of these junkets?
So where and how did you get this information? Do you mean the Data Analytics VP and Managers of Data Management?
