Declining hardware sales mean that big fourth quarter TDC used to have is a thing of the past.
That’s a concise summary of the actual results. The earnings call was the normal puff piece. The place is finished. Q3 will have to deal with the fallout of the quality issues. The financial impact will have a material impact on results. Share buybacks will only go so far to prop up the share price.
Revenues declined 12.1% year over year.
Consulting services revenues (23.2% of revenues) declined 17.8% from the year-ago quarter.
Revenues from Americas decreased 6.3% year over year (down 5% at cc) to $269 million.
EMEA revenues declined 3.9% from the year-ago quarter to $122 million.
Revenues from Asia-Pacific (APAC) declined 33.1% from the year-ago quarter to $87 million.

Results were hot indeed! I just finished listening to the Q2 earnings call and the analysts were full of praise for TD! Stocks gonna blow up in the coming weeks. But people are still saying its c-ap?! Very interesting indeed ... time will tell.

Unless OR sold the company to someone.. second quarter is doomed.. august 2nd we will all be waiting.. and hoping your dream come true. OR and vic lund pulled a best con.. They screwed TD.. make you sell all shares and move 401k out
