I was right again. I knew the vultures would coming look for blood again. As long as there is an excess of fresh blood to start the process over again it will continue over and over again, at companies like Williams. Overhire, use the bodies and then spit out the remains. Repeat and rinse again.

Williams used to value its employees until, they had a massive over expansion in the Northeast and the merger with Access midstream changed things a lot. They dumped lots of the loyal and hard working employees and replaced them with the younger "talented" folks that arent really dedicated to the company, Its not their fault just the way of the world today.
Williams doesn't seem to place any value at all on their employees. That's not uncommon, but Williams takes it to extremes. Feel completely anonymous and expendable here.
