How is OXY’s bonus formula determined?
At APC you have a target %, the higher up the food chain the higher the %. Mid level is 10 - 20% of your salary.
Around Feb the EC spits out a magic number, usually between 1.25 and 1.5 based off company performance.
You multiply salary times target times EC number +- 10% based on personal performance.
