The mass firings in 2016 followed by a frenzied hiring due to a “talent shortage”. All of sudden after all kinds of hiring they realize they have too many people and then must cut again. You cannot run a company like this and be successful, all the studies show this. What a joke.

There is no such thing as loyalty in the corporate work force anymore, doesn’t exist. Employees are only treated well so they can produce more, it’s strictly a financial transaction nothing more nothing less. That’s why CEOs pay is skyrocketing and the rich are getting richer, while the middle class gets shrunk and squeezed. Williams is no exception, maybe you can get some at a private company but not a public ally traded corporation like Williams.
I've really never seen anything like Williams during my long career in natural gas. They really do treat people like trash. Chew 'em up and throw them away.
