last I heard Tier 2 only,,received company bulletin this morning
Seems like only yesterday that Danny and crew were so proud to have an all USA workforce.....
last I heard from a NOC employee,all of NOC going to Nokia,which will be off-shored to Philippines even asked NOC employee to go to Philippines to train his replacement,What Nerve— Sad Days ahead,,,,,,I should say sadder Days ahead,waiting on 62 to get out of here

I do not understand these types of posts. If one can make a statement like this, they can also provide more context....that is, if it's not simply something made up.
The entire NOC? We already knew about Tier 2 Switching.
