Just off the wire today, company has hired a firm to restructure. Expect layoffs soon, store closures, and even a possible Bankruptcy. I said before a partial Chapter 11 was possible in October and if this says anything, it's that could be true.

i believe restructuring was the term you were looking for which would be bad news for long time employees and lower management no immediate danger of chapter 11 you don't need an outside agency for that interesting fact i saw a penny ad on tv the other nite can't remember the last time i saw that
