The school was a disgrace that needed to close long ago. The curriculum was cobbled together poorly from other universities' websites. The Glen Allen campus has been dying for years, as classes were run with a handful of students, most of whom did nothing to try to complete work to satisfy that abysmally low standards. The Newport News campus tried to launch athletic programs to keep the school afloat, but the programs were an utter failure, as the students in them were poorly prepared recent high school grads who didn't like school or want to be there but who'd been conned into thinking they'd play "college basketball," baseball, or softball' the school housed them in a local apartment complex without supervision that the kids destroyed and cost the university a lot of money. There must be some kind of scam going on online with international students to keep the campus afloat despite the atrocious policies at the campus level.
