lol - SG might wanna do something about emp retention. ppl leaving all the time and those filling in the gaps know little to nil on managing hosted customers - neither technically nor logistically.
They got rid of the 5/10/15/20 awards because in the new model of offshoring jobs nobody will last that long ... especially with all the job hopping in India due to the company across the hall
